-Taekwon-Do

Taekwon-Do places more focus on self-defense and self-control. The result is a doctrine of belief called the ‘’six tenets’’. Its followers must abide by this doctrine and try to put it into action daily of the lives. On this sport, novices wear white belts as the grand master wears the black belt. Other belts are colored yellow, red, blue, and green.

Kung -fu is perhaps the most famous way of martial arts. It is made up of a gaggle of Chinese martial arts that employ a range of punches and kicks on specific pressure points on the body with the opponent.

Tang Soo Do, Aikido, and Ju- Jistu is also another good types of fighting techniques for the kids.
